Scots make case for more road repair cash

Scotland’s National Roads Maintenance Review this week set out the business case for protecting investment in the service and recommended the economic appraisal of collaborative contracts.

Transport Scotland published the phase 2 report of the review ordered by the Scottish Government into “how the road network is managed and maintained, with a view to stimulating service re-design and increasing the pace of examining the potential for shared services”.
