Edgar is SEStran’s new chair

Gordon Edgar has been elected the new chair of SEStran, the South East Scotland Transport Partnership. Edgar is an independent councillor on Scottish Borders Council and spokesman for roads, transport and infrastructure. He has been a member of SEStran for nine years. SEStran has also appointed two deputy chairs: Colin Davidson, a Labour councillor on Fife Council and Lesley Macinnes, an SNP councillor on the City of Edinburgh Council.
