Gerard Carlin has been appointed as Translink’s group chief executive. He is currently director of Networks and Innovation for SONI, Northern Ireland’s electricity Transmission System Operator. Carlin has 20 years of experience in infrastructure, including the rail, water and oil & gas Industries.
