Survey reveals majority back tougher licensing laws for young drivers

There is “overwhelming support” for stronger licensing, helping young drivers develop

the skills and experience they need to make safe journeys, and protect themselves and other road users, according to new research by Brake.

The road safety charity found that 35% of people have been in a crash involving a young driver, or know someone who has.
