Mystery as Government moves to revoke DCO permission for Stonehenge A303 scheme

The Government wants to formally remove planning permission for the A303 upgrade and tunnel at Stonehenge after it cancelled the project soon after coming into power last summer .If the proposal to revoke it goes ahead, it would mean re-starting the planning process if the project were ever revived.
