Capital’s EV chargers top 6,000

London now has more than 500 rapid chargers for battery electric vehicles and over 5,500 residential charging points, according to the Greater London Authority. The capital’s first rapid charging hub in London opened at Stratford International car park at the end of 2019, with six charging points (LTT 10 Jan 20). Two further hubs are planned, at Baynard House, City of London (six chargepoints) and at Glass Yard, Greenwich (eight). ...
