A workplace parking levy could be introduced in Oxford under plans being drawn up by Oxfordshire County Council.
The council’s cabinet this week authorised £100,000 to be spent on preparing an outline business case for a workplace parking levy, but said it would be implemented no sooner than 2021. Councillors also authorised some analysis into a congestion charging scheme, though the council has concerns about its suitability for Oxford.
