The City of York Council has published further details of its proposed city centre Clean Air Zone (CAZ), which will set emissions standards for buses according to how frequently they enter the central area (LTT 03 Oct).
York will consult early in the New Year on the CAZ boundary and the emission requirements. As a minimum it says the CAZ should cover the inner ring road and all roads within it.
