Trunk road user charge for air quality in Wales queried

Several organisations have queried the Welsh Government’s proposal to introduce road user charges on trunk roads in areas of poor air quality.

The Environment (Air Quality and Soundscapes) (Wales) Bill, introduced to the Senedd on 20 March, includes an expansion of the circumstances where a trunk road charging scheme may be introduced.
