The Traffic Commissioner this week ordered bus operator Arriva to give passengers on two routes in Derby free evening travel for a year as a penalty for the company’s failings.

Arriva Derby must not charge fares to any passengers who board the 44 and 45 services timed to arrive in Derby after 7pm. The order begins on 1 March.
