The Highways Agency is to tell the public inquiry into the A57/A628 Mottram in Longdendale, Hollingworth and Tintwistle bypass , due to reconvene on 18 December, that its Proofs of Evidence and Environmental Statement will not be available until after Easter next year. The inquiry has been adjourned three times and was adjourned last month to enable the HA to update its traffic forecasts and republish its Environmental Statement (LTT 8 Nov) .
