Draft Orders have been announced for the A57/A628 Mottram in Longdendale, Hollingworth and Tintwistle bypass. The 5.7km road will diverge from the M67/A560/A57 roundabout and run north-east, passing under the A6018 Roe Cross Road, Old Road and Old Hall Lane in a 170-metre tunnel, through Swallows Wood and north of Arnfield Reservoir to join the A628(T) near Townhead Farm.
