The public inquiry into the Highways Agency's controversial A628 Mottram-Tintwistle bypass in the North West has been adjourned for a fourth time to allow the Agency to revise its traffic modelling.
The HA told the inquiry just before Christmas that further information had emerged regarding problems with traffic modelling.
