The evidence of falling traffic levels is all around us

Keith Buchan’s letter is certainly timeous, in highlighting the statistical, and demographic pointers that are already making the volume of car use stabilise/decline in a way that seems more than just a temporary dip (Letters LTT 29 Mar).
