Speed limit review splits media opinion

The Government's latest guidance to local authorities on the setting of speed limits (LTT 10 Aug) was covered by almost all the papers. London's Evening Standard, for example, claimed in the banner headline to its front-page story on 7 August: "Speed limits to be raised".
