Coalition to legislate to tackle infrastructure delays - claim

The coalition Government is to introduce legislation this autumn to tackle delays to infrastructure projects, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The Daily Telegraph's deputy editor Benedict Brogan claims that a Bill will be introduced in place of Lords reform that is "likely to include a new attempt to relax planning laws and will act as a push for major infrastructure projects and deregulation".
