Park-and-ride for Stirling probed

Plans for a new park-and-ride facility to the south of Stirling look set to progress even though an appraisal has shown the project would offer poor value for money. Consultants SIAS and Scotland Transerv examined three possible locations for a park-and-ride site for Stirling Council and the Tayside and the Central Scotland Transport Partnership (TACTRAN).
