Conurbation reviews transport bodies

A review of transport governance in the West Midlands conurbation is to be commissioned by the seven metropolitan districts and the Integrated Transport Authority. Among the topics to be investigated are: how cross boundary projects such as Red Routes and bus priority can be delivered more effectively; how issues that cross boundaries between the conurbation and shire authorities should be handled; and whether relationships and responsibilities should be revised in response to the opportunities...
