Businesses affected by Botley Road delays to get ‘goodwill payments’

Small businesses in Oxford are to receive a share of £850,000 in “goodwill payments” for the long-running disruption caused by the closure of a main route into the city centre. The Government announced that some businesses would receive Network Rail funding in recognition of the inconvenience caused since the closure of Botley Road in April 2023.
