Denbighshire 20mph decision dashes Welsh Government hopes of 20mph consistency

Denbighshire County Council’s decision not to restore 30mph limits on any sections of road is a blow to the Welsh Government’s hopes of greater consistency on 20mph limits across Wales, because Denbighshire has the lowest percentage of exceptions to the 20mph default limit.
