Greengauge is too optimistic about HSR’s carbon emissions

Greengauge 21 is being a tad optimistic about the future energy use of its proposed high-speed rail network, if the report it commissioned from ATOC is anything to go by (‘HSR emissions studied’ LTT 8 May).
