Cornwall studies youth concession

Young people in Cornwall could be given free or reduced travel on buses in the county under proposals being considered by the county council. The council has commissioned consultant MCL to examine a range of options for a concessionary travel scheme for people aged 19 or younger. MCL has been asked to study a range of eligibility issues including age, times of day, and whether the concession should be free travel, travel at a reduced rate or an up front payment.
