Nathan Griffiths has rejoined Steer as an Associate Director after 14 years in senior roles at Transport for London and Arriva.
At TfL, Griffiths led major rail concession procurements, including the commercial and contractual frameworks supporting the staged opening of the Elizabeth Line. At Arriva, he held senior leadership roles covering concession management, bidding, and business strategy, with responsibility for delivering operational performance, customer outcomes and financial results.
Griffiths has experience of working in rail concessions and contract strategy, supporting clients to design, procure, mobilise and manage complex contracts.
His experience includes developing commercially robust payment mechanisms and performance regimes, as well as leading major public sector procurements and private sector bids, with experience spanning both sides of complex competitions.
