Transport Committee Chair Ruth Cadbury has urged the Government to introduce enforcement measures to strengthen accessibility rights for disabled people.

The Labour MP for Brentford and Isleworth was speaking at a Commons debate to assess progress on recommendations in last year’s Transport Committee report Access Denied. She said the Government should rethink its decision to reject the committee’s recommendation on enforcement.
