20mph champion Waters launches consultancy

16 April 2026

Lee Waters, the former Welsh Government Deputy Climate Change Minister, has launched Amanwy Consulting. Waters played a pivotal role in making 20mph the default speed limit in Wales. He was a Member of the Senedd for 10 years. Waters said on LinkedIn: “Having stepped away from active politics, I’m now focused on working independently with organisations and teams grappling with real?world challenges: particularly where policy, delivery, and behaviour change intersect. I’m particularly pleased to be working with the Swansea?based digital change consultancy Perago as a Growth Partner & Associate, helping organisations turn strategy into delivery.”
