TfW can extend its activities

Transport for Wales will be able to generate revenue from conducting work for bodies other than the Welsh Government. 

A Government spokesman told LTT that TfW was a ‘Teckal’ company and could therefore generate 20 per cent of its turnover from activities not carried out on behalf of the Government or a Government-controlled organisation.
