A £10m project has been completed to allow the new fleet of Siemens-built Eurostar trains to call at Ashford International station in Kent. The investment has seen the installation of KVB signalling, which is used on the rest of High Speed 1, and platform works. The launch of services has, however, been hit by teething problems.
