Transport for London may form partnerships with public and private sector bodies to help staff develop their skills.
TfL says possible partners in the initiative include Arup, Mott MacDonald, Thales, Siemens, the NHS Leadership Academy, Microsoft, and Transport for New South Wales in Australia.
The proposal was mentioned in a report to TfL’s remuneration committee this week by Tricia Wright, chief people officer, and Staynton Brown, director of diversity, inclusion and talent.
