Implement charging CAZs faster, say greens

The Government should accelerate the introduction of Clean Air Zones, with zones covering 58 areas being in place by the end of 2018 rather than 2020, environmental campaign group Friends of the Earth (FoE) has said. 

The 58 areas are those that FoE says are projected to have  illegal levels of air pollution in 2019. Each zone should cover all types of vehicle, including cars.
