With so many powers now devolved to the National Assembly for Wales, Plaid Cymru’s manifesto has little to say about transport. The party does, however, criticise the Labour-controlled Welsh Government, saying it is “determined to blow Wales’s borrowing budget on an M4 relief road that will only benefit one part of Wales”.
