Electric vehicles and cargo bikes will deliver everyday items such as milk and newspapers to up to 320 local businesses in part of central London in a scheme grant-funded by Transport for London.
The consolidation service, delivered by the InMidTown Business Improvement District, will operate in the Holborn, Bloomsbury and St Giles area.
It is one of four projects to receive funding from TfL’s Future Streets incubator fund.
