London Councils seek clarity on CCTV cars

London Councils is seeking clarification about what types of CCTV parking enforcement ministers intend to ban. 

London Councils said all the capital’s 33 boroughs use some form of CCTV for parking enforcement, with the exception of the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
