Go Ahead to quit aviation business with sale to Servisair and Dnata

Go Ahead has announced today (Thursday) that it has agreed to sell the bulk of its aviation services business to Dubai-based Dnata and Servisair.

Completion of both deals is expected by the end of January next year and Go Ahead expects that the deals will be broadly cash neutral for the London-based group.
