Profits up for bus and rail at Go Ahead, but aviation losses wipe out the gains

Bus and train operator Go Ahead Group recorded improved operating and pre-tax profits in the 52 weeks ended June 30 2007, according to its annual report. However, margins were slightly down on last year as a result of losses incurred in the group’s aviation division.
