Drivers call for Spanish points plan

The British Government should copy the new Spanish system of penalty points for drivers, according to the Association of British Drivers. It says that under the system drivers start with a tally of 12 points (new drivers start with eight) and can gain two extra points if they have three years without a conviction and a further additional point for a further three years without a conviction....
