An updated toolkit has been released by the DfT to help measure the value of zero emission bus (ZEB) investments.
According to the department, the ‘greener bus tool’ will help decision-makers understand the “relative impacts” of the investment by quantifying the key costs and benefits incurred to bus operators, local and central government finances, the environment and society.
