Council approves bailout for Cardiff Bus

Cardiff council says “difficult actions” will have to be taken by municipally-owned Cardiff Bus after councillors agreed a financial rescue package for the troubled company.

Cardiff Council will take over the company’s pension liabilities and release £7m to the company for capital investment this year.
