A830 Arisaig to Loch Nan Uamh widening, Highland

Transport Scotland is inviting tenders for widening the A830 between Arisaig and Loch Nan Uamh. The 7km single track road will be widened to a two-lane road and is the last section of the 27km 'Road to the Isles' route between Fort William and Mallaig to be widened. Work could start early next year and take two years to complete.
