The Sewell Greenway, a shared cycleway and footpath between Dunstable and Stanbridgeford, was officially opened on 30 November. The 3.5km route, which also includes a parallel soft surface for equestrian use, is designated National Cycle Network Route 6 and runs along part of the former Dunstable to Linslade railway line. The scheme included replacing a bridge over the A505 near Totternhoe.
