Reaching Net Zero by 2050 ‘cheaper than one fossil fuel crisis’, says CCC

A single fossil fuel shock is likely to cost more than the UK taking steps to meet its Net Zero targets by 2050, the Climate Change Committee (CCC) estimates in its latest Carbon Budget.
