Training centre to expand rail sector workforce

A new rail training centre has opened in the West Midlands to enable local people to acquire the skills needed to build the region’s expanding tram and train networks. The centre, at City of Wolverhampton College’s Wellington Road campus in Bilston, boasts more than 40 metres of railway track.
