Network Rail plans pop-up shops

Network Rail is considering offering vacant station retail units to start-up or pop-up shops, in response to the usual retailers vacating station units or downsizing. It is also considering using retail space for arts and cultural events, according to minutes of Network Rail’s February board meeting.
