RBKC faces legal action after scrapping cycle lane

Cycling UK is “seeking urgent legal advice” to see if decisions to remove schemes designed to promote cycling and walking are “unreasonable”.

This follows the decision by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to remove a cycle lane on High Street Kensington earlier this month.
