How long will Londoners have to wait for safer junctions?

Eighteen months ago you published my full-page critique of the slow progress being made to improve junction safety in London, which Transport for London did not dispute. 

Since then three major hazards have been modified: 

Highbury Corner is now a good exemplar of ‘Hold Left Turns’ and a much better place for pedestrians 

Stratford gyratory now has a cycle track all around it with safe junctions (though some are slow)

Whipps Cross is also a good example of...
