The Office of Rail and Road is consulting on Amey Keolis Infrastructure Ltd’s network licence application to become infrastructure manager for the Core Valley Lines rail network in south Wales.
The licence will cover the lines from Cardiff Bay to Treherbert, Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil, Coryton and Rhymney, as well as the freight-only branch to Cwmbargoed.
