No law change for ‘pedestrian streets’

The Corporation of London says its plan for ‘pedestrian priority streets’ will not require any changes to legislation. The Corporation’s new transport strategy says pedestrian priority streets will allow vehicular access but all vehicles – including cyclists – will be expected to give way to pedestrians (LTT 10 May).
