Nottinghamshire County Council is reviewing the activities undertaken by its highways and fleet management company Via East Midlands Ltd.
Via was formed as a joint venture between Nottinghamshire and Cornwall Council in 2016 but Nottinghamshire bought out Cornwall’s 51 per cent shareholding earlier this year (LTT 12 Apr).
