No need for a charging CAZ, says Cardiff

Cardiff can comply with the EU annual mean limit value for nitrogen dioxide without  implementing a charging clean air zone (CAZ), says the city council. 

The Welsh Government ordered Cardiff Council last spring to prepare an action plan to achieve compliance in the shortest possible time.
