Bus firms worried by Welsh emissions plan

Bus operators have reacted warily to a suggestion that the Welsh Government may provide “financial incentives” for take-up of low-emission buses, fearing a further erosion of funding.

The Welsh Government’s consultation on a low-carbon pathway to 2030 include a proposal to allow electric cars in bus lanes and to explore a 60mph limit on dual carriageways.
