The London Borough of Islington is to introduce a £2 surcharge for diesel vehicles parking in short stay pay & display bays across the borough. Westminster City Council introduced a surcharge for pre-2015 diesels using pay & display bays in Marylebone in June. The charge is £7.35 an hour rather than the standard £4.60.
